WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All Beach boat rental purchases are final and nonrefundable, except for severe weather conditions. In case of severe weather conditions your reservation may be rescheduled. Beach Boat Rental reserve the right to cancel all reservations with or without notice due to bad weather (hurricane, rain, wind) or mechanical issues. Changes to your reservation may be permitted no later than 3 days before the date of the rental.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS ON BOARD?
Yes, you can bring as much food and drinks as you wish.
Beach Boat Rental provide a free cooler to store your beverages, snacks and ice. If you bring alcoholic drinks, you must use plastic cups. Drunk behavior will not be tolerated and no drugs of any kind are allowed on board! Keep in mind: Alcohol is even more hazardous on the water than on land. The marine environment motion, vibration, engine noise, sun, wind and spray accelerates a drinker's impairment.
HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Reservations can often be made online through the company’s website, by phone, or in person at 2400 collins avenue in Miami Beach. Booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak seasons.
CAN I SMOKE ON BOARD? NO.
No open fire is allowed on board. No cigarettes, hookah, grills etc. Electronic cigarettes are fine.
DO WE HAVE TO WEAR LIFE JACKETS?
For all Beach Boat Rental, life jackets are provided and required to be on board. Kids 12 and younger must wear a life jacket at all times.
